Therefore, I find no reason why the Committee Chair, who is not listening, accepted a communication from the chair, but not from the secretary-general of the union. That was faulty because unions do not communicate through their chairmen. Therefore, I beg this House that we amend this Report to approve the nomination of Ms. Ashubwe for appointment as Commissioner of the SRC."
