    "content": "The Committee looked at suitability, integrity and capacity and raised issues on capacity and not on suitability and integrity. The Committee noted that the nominee did not exhibit capacity to serve as a member of the SRC. Her education background indicates that, at some time, she represented trade unions in industrial courts. I believe she has the capacity because there are many issues touching on labour laws and we need a lawyer to be part of the commission which was missing because the other nominees do not have that background. There is no need of saying that she has no capacity to negotiate and she has no experience in diplomacy because we are not looking for an ambassador. There is no way we can measure negotiation skills. A good negotiator must be convincing and most practicing lawyers have the ability to convince. If they can convince a court of law, she will do a job for this country at the SRC."
