    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I know that the mood of the House it that Hon. Members should be now going for recess and they are urging me to bow. However, I want to take this opportunity to thank this House for all the contributions which have been made during the debate on this Report. I also want to take this opportunity to thank the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning for the very busy schedule they had. All in all, they delivered what they had to and the House has pronounced itself. I just want to ask the House that we continue being together and uphold the rule of law. At the same time, we should ensure that when we are given work by the House, we should not impute improper motive on any Member. We should work with a lot of respect. And we have done that. I beg to reply, Hon. Speaker."
