Like I said, pleadings will include documents such as the plaint which may have been filed in the High Court. You may want to record that. I will require a copy of the defence; copies of any applications together with affidavits that may have been filed in the case; the judgment, which you have tabled, and the documents relating to the appeal. In the meantime, I want to hear the Member for Cherangany on your claim."
