What is the approximate time that you think you would want to bring this matter to the House? Already, Members have seen it and it has elicited a lot of interest. Secondly, is what Hon. Millie Odhiambo asked, which to me looks very reasonable: That you probably need to do some harmonisation so that it becomes easier and we will not have to spend so much time transacting it. What do you have to say? Of course, I am going to allow your request. In fact, I rule that we have accepted your request. We want to hear what you intend to do to make it easier for Members to transact this business. You see the interest they have."
