    "content": "We remember how this Committee operated in the last Parliament. It is good that it is now functioning. It is a very important Committee of this House. This is an area where the Executive used to do a lot of injustice to the people of Kenya some time back. I want to commend the Committee and tell the Chair that she should not be intimidated. If the regulations do not make sense, annul all of them."
