    "content": "simply because the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) is the one consuming a lot of the money and banks are lending it to the CBK. So, our children whom we have taken to universities and have nowhere to go end up being frustrated and turn to drugs. By subjecting the banks to set aside 10 per cent to lend to SMEs, we will be supporting the cadre of SMEs. This is the only way we can support the economy of this country. This is the only way we can empower them. In the next ten years, those SMEs will have a turnover such that the banks will be fighting for them."
