    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I would also like to add my voice on this amendment. As much as this is a good proposal, I have a few concerns regarding this amendment. First of all, the problem of low loan uptake by SMEs is not unavailability of cash. The problem is lack of collateral. Most SMEs do not have collateral. Just like Hon. Junet has said, we need to get data on what the uptake of loans by SMEs is at the moment. In the absence of data, even if we pass this regulation, enforcing it will become a problem. As much as this is a good proposal for SMEs, we need to have proper data on how the situation is at the moment. With those remarks, I do not support this amendment."
