    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, currently, Nairobi City is linked externally through the Nairobi-Thika-Nyeri Highway, and the Northern Corridor, which runs from the Port of Mombasa, through the City of Nairobi, all the way towards Uganda, via Malaba and Busia, respectively. These routes carry about 20 per cent of tracks, which currently traverse the Nairobi Central District Business Area (CBDA). This has combined with other factors to cause severe traffic congestions within our city."
