    "content": "The amendment tries to bring to order everybody including students who are aspiring to be accountants. They will now be required to be members of the institute but under the students category. To help them, under this law, they will not be required to pay subscription fee which in most cases will make students face difficulties. So, they will not be required fees under this law establish Clause 69A."
