    "content": "New Clause 69A says, (1) A trainee accountant, student or a person required by the Institute to be registered as a member prior to attaining the qualifications under section 26 shall not be required to pay any fees or subscriptions. Everybody who is doing accountancy courses even at entry level is required to be a member free of charge. It is not restricting anybody.
