    "content": " Members, in accordance with Standing Order 133(5), I direct that this particular proposed amendment will not even be put to question. It will not be permitted under that particular Standing Order. That will be the end of it. If you look at that Standing Order, it provides that: No amendment shall be permitted to be moved if the amendment deals with a different subject or proposes to unreasonably or unduly expand the subject of the Bill or is not appropriate or is not in logical sequence to the subject matter of the Bill. I find that that particular proposed amendment clearly falls within this provision of our Standing Orders. So, that will be the end of it."
