Robin Hood tax was providing that any transfer of money above Kshs 500,000 will be charged 0.05 per cent which translates to Kshs 250 and Kshs 500 for one million for the purpose of funding universal healthcare. Because of the volume involved, the Government may raise over Kshs 15 billion to finance medical healthcare for our people."
