    "content": "The Chinese are laughing all the way to their bank. It is not fair to Kenyans. They could be laughing all the way to their banks but they are not giving us what we require. What I would like the Government to do is to make sure that the markings are visible. We know that there are markings that are internationally recognized. That is what they should follow all the time."
