    "content": "The Ministry is aware and has identified the challenges which I have enumerated. Some people or groups which claim that they were not consulted during the allocation have arisen. They are the people or groups who claim that they were left out during the allocation and yet they had already been settled on the same land. There are claims that outsiders were allocated land. There are also allegations of people or relatives who own large parcels of land or more than one plot. Those are the challenges that are there which will be addressed by the two ministries that are working together."
