    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I am a member of the Committee. I rise to support and say one thing. We have worked thoroughly hard as the Committee on Delegated Legislation. One challenge we have is that the Statutory Instruments Act does not give a window for amendment of regulations. The ones that we pass do not necessarily come here. So, you will not hear about them. They become self-enacting. That is why Members must be aware that the work we do is not just to sing to the Government’s tune. It is to do our work. Where there is a flaw or a problem with the law, we raise it. I think we have done that effectively. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
