    "content": "I visited low-cost housing in South Africa which is a country that has already established its own housing fund. It is doing very well. If there is anything we can learn from them is how to manage that fund, so that it will provide housing to our low earning wananchi. Let us set aside the fears. We can see that our Government is now working on the corrupt people. If we establish a good Fund, nobody will touch that money."
