    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I want to appeal to this House. I know the Members who are contributing, including Hon. Millie Odhiambo who is my friend, know that Section 7 establishes the Housing Fund. It says: “There is here established a Housing Fund under the control of the corporation consisting such securities and money and applicable to such purposes as are provided for by this Act.” It answers the question and what we are arguing about the fund. This comes as a benefit to the constituents of Hon. Kajwang’."
