    "content": "(e) to a State officer. This amendment is specifically for our returning diplomats, Kenyans who have served in our missions abroad. The reason why we are asking that they import one motor vehicle exempted from Value Added Tax is because we appreciate the excellent work that our diplomats are doing in foreign countries. We should strive to motivate them and help them to mitigate such challenges. I am giving the reasons why I am proposing this amendment. Hon.
