This will come into effect on the 1st of September while these amendments are going to wait for some consent later. So, what happens if we approve this but the existing provision takes effect on 1st of September? We need the House Business Committee to be bringing sensitive issues earlier so that we are not caught up by some technicalities. This is something that we really need to look into."
