    "content": "I beg to oppose this amendment and ask the House to support the CS, so that we can protect our wires from vandalisation. Unless we want to support the people who are vandalising our wires and exporting them out there, we should oppose this amendment. Kenya does not produce copper. It is banned but those who export it should pay tax."
