I support the amendment by the Chair because he is effectively retaining the capping at 4 per cent above the Central Bank rate and he is removing the bottom, so that banks can now pay whatever they want to pay as interest to deposits of their customers. That is the right direction. I support what the Chairman has proposed. Thank you."
