    "content": "this law has had both positive and negative consequences. One of the negative consequences is that it has led to retrenchment of staff in the banking sector. Many people have lost their jobs. The argument that has been advanced by banks is that the pricing risk has not been taken care of by this law. That is why we were thinking that possibly we can remove the cap and let the existing portfolio in the sector be retained at the prevailing rates."
