    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I am not the newest Member. Since you have given me the microphone, let me add my voice to this amendment proposed by the Chairman. What is being given here is quite the right way to do it. I support this amendment because we want to support the economy. Banks are making good profits. They released the half year profits the other day which range from Kshs55 billion. Even bank managers are making a lot of money. To protect bank consumers including Members of this House, I support the amendment."
