    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, as we go along, I will be proposing and requesting the Minister to consider some amendments. For example, in Article 4(d), one of the functions of the Commission shall be to report regularly to the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee. How regular is “regularly”? I think we should be bold and say if it is two months, or three months. My proposal here will be that it should be three months."
