    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the proposed amendment by Hon. Jude Njomo has just been circulated to us. So, many of us have not looked at it properly. The amendment is okay because we have to be serious about the next of kin so that every bank lists them. But a fine of Kshs1 million is unreasonable. We will bring banks down. If in every account there is a default, a bank will be required to pay Kshs1 million for it, a bank may pay Kshs10 million just because some clerk refused to put in some things. I plead with the Mover to reduce the fine to Kshs200,000 so that we are reasonable."
