    "content": "The second conditional grant is from the European Union for water tower protection and climate change mitigation and adaptation programme. It goes to 11 counties among them being Busia, Bungoma, Elgeyo Marakwet, Kakamega, Kisumu, Nandi, Siaya, Tana River, Trans Nzoia, Uasin Gishu and Vihiga. Each will get Kshs80 million to make a total of Kshs880 million."
