"content": " Hon. Arati has not recovered from the sugar crisis and the mercury. He is yet to come back to the House. The Report on this Bill was tabled long time ago. Hon. Arati can go to the Table Room and pick a copy. It is as clear as day and night that we are amending the Division of Revenue Act 2018 to put in the law the three conditional grants on agriculture, climate change and infrastructure investment. We cannot force Members to get a copy and read for them. If that is what Hon. Arati is expecting, it is only done in county assemblies. It is not done in the National Assembly."
