Before that interruption, I was saying that when our founding fathers came up with the Kenyan Constitution during the Lancaster Conference, the election date was fixed in December. This made it ideal for everybody to participate in the elections. Voting is a right for every Kenyan who is in the age bracket of voting. It is a one man vote. Everybody has a right to vote."
