    "content": "Talking about roads, if you cannot reach a polling centre because it is raining in August, why do we not use the money we are proposing to use in a referendum to fix the roads? I support the Leader of the Majority Party only that he was shy of saying that he opposes the Bill. The points he raised are heavy stuff. First of all, this constitutional amendment Bill will need a lot of money. We are now operating on a budget deficit. We do not even have the money. As I said, it is not changing a date that will make it right; it is having election reforms."
