    "content": "Having been one of them, Kenya is the bedrock of the principals of the parliamentary system that was able to also accommodate the Monarch. That is why the British parliamentary system still upholds the Monarch while all other countries, including France, do not. I take this opportunity to congratulate you for being appointed the Chair of CPA. This position should go a long way in helping us, new MPs, to also access the Commonwealth grounds and learn more about its undertakings."
