    "content": "Also, there is the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, which is meant to go to the Committee of the whole House. We also have regulations by the Select Committee on Delegated Legislation among others. It is important to note that the Finance Bill and the regulations have statutory timelines which ought to be met before we go on recess. The Sitting is scheduled to begin at 9.30 a.m. I, therefore, urge Members to keep time to avoid quorum hitches that become a challenge to such sittings.
