    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I second this Motion and as I second, I just want to also reiterate that we are going on a one month long recess and we have some business that we must conclude. As the Whip of the Majority Party has just mentioned, the Finance Bill has to be concluded before the end of September. Therefore, we will be required to finalise that Bill. It is a very critical Bill.
