    "content": "Looking at the data being presented, I agree with my Chairman of the Budget and Appropriations Committee when he says that to some extent, the data seems to be skewed. Time has come in this country where the Government should stop competing with Kenyans in terms of borrowing from banks. With the Government, the risk of default is very low because when you lend to the Government you are sure to be paid. Banks are running away from lending to Kenyans and lending to the Government because the Government is borrowing domestically."
