It worked very well in Singapore, Hong Kong and South Africa. I believe that it will work very well in Kenya because there is a lot of money which is floating around, including people putting it under the mattresses because they do not know what to do with it. This will not only help to develop the housing sector but also spur the construction industry which we know that it has very big knock-on effect on the Growth Domestic Product (GDP) growth in a country."
