    "content": "On crude oil transportation, we thank the Members of Parliament from Turkana County who sat down with the Government and agreed the resumption of transportation of crude oil from Turkana to Mombasa. In future, if we have commercial oil production, we will talk about it. Currently, if we add 16 per cent VAT on petroleum products, we can be sure that the price of almost 90 per cent of all other essential commodities will go up."
