    "content": "We must look at our economy and ensure that as much as we want to develop, we must protect our people from tax. Heavy taxation is negative. So, if you look at all the measures that have been taken, they are all double-edged. Clause 2 has taxation on dividends that come in kind or dividends that is paid before tax. If you look at that, it is people trying to evade tax. I support that we should find them and tax them as they are supposed to be taxed. We must look at what people’s behaviour is saying to us."
