    "content": "Further, the World Health Organisation (WHO) has developed an important recommendation for clinical management of fistula as well as programmes to address issues of fistula prevention and rehabilitation. However, Kenya has not adopted this recommendation. I, therefore, propose that the Government develops and implements a national fistula strategy in accordance with WHO. I also urge the Government to carry out awareness programmes that raise information to the public."
