    "content": "go a step ahead and not only talk as some of my colleague have suggested here. Action should be taken. We should ensure that this Motion is passed, enacted and the necessary financial support is given. Since the health function is already devolved, action should be devolved further to make sure it goes to the very rural areas where this is very much required. There are people in this House with a lot of expertise, for example, Dr. Nyikal and Hon. Sophia. They have a lot of knowledge and have told us a lot about this condition. I do not have to dwell on the details about fistula, its causes and all that. I should stress that it is a very serious condition and, therefore, we should walk the talk. With that, I support the Motion."
