    "content": "It is also important to do away with people who are suffering in silence. The problems which they have are embarrassing, so, they hide them. As we deal with this, we should carry out very serious public awareness, so that we can ensure that we remove stigma associated with this disease. This is not something that one wishes to have. It is a disease like any other. From what I have heard from the experts who have spoken before me, a lot of people hide the disease because of the stigma. They do not want it to be exposed. So, it is important for us to support this Motion, so that as we move forward, we can also carry out very serious public awareness when funds will be available."
