    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it has been a reality that many a times Kenyans rot in foreign jails, just because the hearings or court affairs are not expedited. Since the Assistant Minister has confirmed that they have sent a note verbale to the Somaliland Government to expedite this case, could he then table such communications as he has made to the Somaliland Government, so that we are convinced as a House that they have, indeed, met them? You see all the communications and efforts they have been talking about, they have been citing efforts of Kenyans in the Diaspora. We are not asking them what they have done as an embassy. He has not also told us the name of the lawyer. He is just stated a lawyer somewhere was engaged to represent them, which is ambiguous."
