    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Allow me to also add my voice on the same. First, I thank Hon. Janet Nangabo for thinking wide. At some point in time, I learnt that one of my stepmothers had been avoiding public functions for close to 10 years because she was suffering from the same condition. This made me aware that the majority of women affected by this condition are not ready to come out in public and seek medical attention. It is now very important for us, as a House, to articulate it up to the lowest level possible and ensure that all women suffering from this condition benefit from the medical facilities in the country.
