    "content": "More important, the numbers are very high. Because of that, it becomes an issue that this House needs to apply its mind on. One critical thing that is obviously missing in the wording of the Motion is “provision of free healthcare through insurance cover”, especially the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF). It is important that we find a way of ensuring that there is provision within the NHIF cover to deal with this condition as a special case even as we push for cases like cancer and liver conditions to be covered in a special way by NHIF."
