    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I just want to register my appreciation to my colleagues who have contributed to this Motion. Outside there, the people who are affected most are the very poor who cannot afford to go to hospital. I want to echo the sentiments of Hon. Cecily Mbarire that, when we will be doing a Supplementary Budget, at least, we should give them something. I am very happy and I thank my colleagues for supporting this Motion. I beg to reply."
