"content": "would like us to understand that this is a very serious matter. I would like you to give me time to express myself. I want to draw your attention to the Constitution of Kenya. Article 73(2) (b) that talks about the objectivity and impartiality in decision- making to ensure that decisions are not influenced by nepotism, favouritism and other improper motives or corrupt practices. It is provided in the Constitution. It is clear that there has been bribery here. Article 95(2) states that the National Assembly deliberates on and resolves issues of concern to the people. This issue has not been resolved. The issue of sugar importation has not been resolved!"
