    "content": "The other area of concern for both the ACP and the EU is that of migration. In the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries, Europeans were moving to the south. However, in the 21st Century, Africans and Asians are moving north. It is a major connotation of human interaction. Why were the Europeans moving south those early years and why are we moving to the north at this point in our lives? Migration brings about cultural interaction, conflict and matters terrorism. So, there are many issues involved."
