    "content": "THAT, the University ought to have been cleared and accredited by the Commission on University Education before being established; THAT, efforts to reach the management of the University on the matter on the fate of its former students did not bear any fruit; and THAT, the issues in respect of which this petition is made are not pending before any court of law, constitutional or legal body. Therefore, your humble Petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Education and Research: a. Investigates how the University was allowed to operate having not met the minimum threshold required by the Commission for University Education;"
