    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. At the outset, I want to thank the Members who have contributed to this Motion for their overwhelming support. Issues of forest conservation are extremely important. Nature is very unforgiving if we destroy forests. It is the responsibility of each and every one of us to ensure that our forest cover target of 10 per cent and above by the year 2022 is achieved. The issue of climate change is real. We can attest to its effect in this country. I urge all the stakeholders to ensure that the targeted forest cover is achieved so as to mitigate the effect of climate change."
