    "content": "I believe that the market value of the land should be upheld. I know that the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) is moving towards western Kenya passing through Bomet. I wish that the market value of the payments would still continue. We do not want to have a situation where people on this other side were paid based on the market value of the land and then have a controlled price as the SGR moves towards western Kenya."
