    "content": " The reason the Committee is deleting that section is that it is in the Land Laws (Amendment) Act, 2016. If we are going to put it in this Bill, it is going to be double legislation. The Committee was of the view that since it has already taken effect in the Land Laws (Amendment) Act, 2016, there is no need to import it here."
